Afton, a rising senior at Sid Richardson College from Richmond, Virginia, pursues a dual degree in Chemistry and Biosciences on the pre-MD/PhD track. She aims for a PhD in chemical biology and a career in psychiatry or surgical oncology. Outside academics, she competes in Olympic weightlifting and enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and exploring new restaurants with friends.

Caleb Solorzano is a senior from San Antonio, Texas, majoring in Chemistry. He’s excited to serve as one of the Activities Co-Chairs this year. Caleb is interested in a career in medicine and research as an MD-PhD. A fun fact about him is that he’s a big San Antonio Spurs fan!

Sarah is a junior at Jones College from Dallas, Texas, majoring in Chemistry. She plans to pursue an MD or MD-PhD, with particular interests in pharmaceutical chemistry and drug development. She loves cottage cheese and claims she could finish a Costco-sized tub of it in a week!

Hiya is a junior at Lovett College from Austin, studying Neuroscience with a minor in Business. She is interested in pursuing neurology, focusing on neurodegenerative diseases, or radiation oncology. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new coffee shops, reading, and watching rom-coms.

Eshika is a junior at Jones College and is excited to serve as the RPMS Outreach co-chair this year. Her medical interests focus on cardiology and addressing healthcare disparities. In her free time, she enjoys playing the violin, crocheting, and drawing.

Punarvash is a sophomore at Duncan College from Phoenix, Arizona, majoring in Sports Medicine & Exercise Physiology and Biosciences on the pre-med track. He hopes to become a pediatric orthopedic physician and is serving as RPMS Promotions Co-Chair this year. A fun fact about him is that he’s been a passionate martial artist for over a decade.

Sruthi Panja is a sophomore at Lovett College majoring in Biosciences. She is originally from The Woodlands, Texas and is serving as RPMS Promotions Co-Chair. Her medical interests include immunology and mental health advocacy. A fun fact about Sruthi is that she can spell the alphabet backwards!

​Bill Sun is a student at Brown College from Tomball, a suburb of Houston, Texas. He aims to pursue an MD degree and hopes to become a physician scientist. He enjoys running, working out, and playing ice hockey. A fun fact about Bill is that he can juggle.​

Jocelyn is a junior at Martel College from Dallas, Texas. She’s excited to serve another year as the RPMS APC Chair! Professionally, she is interested in radiology, radiation oncology, medical law, and environmental issues. A fun fact about Jocelyn is that she plays both classical guitar and saxophone.
